What to Expect
Welcome to Grace UMC
Grace United Methodist Church has a strong sense of community with parishioners and guests. The mission of our church is to bring awareness of God’s Truth. People and children of all ages are encouraged to learn about their own faith and the role of the church in our community and worldwide.
Mission Statement: To draw people to Christ, nourish their spirits, and prepare them for service to God, the Church, and the world.
Worship Times
Sunday Worship: Join us at one of our worship services at 8:30 am and 11:00 am in the Sanctuary. Sunday School classes begin at 9:45 am. Enjoy a cup of coffee and good conversation during Fellowship Time in the Welcome Center, prior to each service. Parking is available in the lot behind the church, the surrounding area and the bank parking lot on the corner of 4th and Grace Streets. There is nursery care provided for each service.
Children’s Church is offered during both worship services. Children ages 3-8 are invited to join us for games, crafts, and Bible time. Children will sit with their families during the beginning of the service, then after the children’s moment, they will be called to leave for Children’s Church. A nursery is provided for each service.
Parking: Parking is available in the lot behind the church, street parking surrounding the church, and the bank parking lot on the corner of 4th and Grace Streets.
Accessibility Offerings: Accessible parking, accessible seating, accessible restrooms, large print bulletins, hearing impaired equipment, mobility equipment and a defibrillator. Contact the church office at 910-763-5197 with any questions you may have.
